Coordination meeting : UEC members held a coordination in Shan State (South)

Member of Union Election Commission Shan State (South) in-charge U Khin Maung Oo accompanied by Chairman of Shan State Election Sub Commission and concerned officials met with the Laihka  Township Election Sub Commission Chairman and members and Loilem  District Election Sub Commission Chairman and members separately at the respective sub commission offices on 26th September. 

 During the meetings, Member of UEC instructed on holding elections in phases, matters pertaining to MEVM utilization, accurate voter lists and representative lists and organizing election campaigns. The UEC Member also called for the concerted efforts of the relevant individuals in implementing security measures, effective early voting system as well as achieving high voter turnout.

Then, the attendees made sector-wise presentations and discussions on current work accomplishment and further tasks implementation. The UEC Member supplemented the discussions and concluded the meetings.
