Work Coordination Meeting: Union Ministers attend the meeting

The 2nd work coordination meeting of the leading committee on holding the 26th Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition 2025 was held at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Culture in Nay Pyi Taw on Wednesday.

Present at the meeting were Chairman of the leading committee Union Minister for Religious Affairs and Culture U Tin Oo Lwin, Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn, Union Minister for the ministries of Sports and Youth Affairs and Hotels and Tourism Jeng Phang Naw Taung, Union Minister for Education Daw Chaw Chaw Sein, Chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council U Than Tun Oo and concerned officials. Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister U Tin Oo Lwin stated that it is needed to carry out the competition in a grand manner in line with the customs of Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition which has been held since 1993.

He expressed his belief that the concerned officials will carry out their respective sectors successfully as decided from the first work coordination meeting. He also urged the sub-committees and concerned officials to make cooperation in order to successfully hold the 26th Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competition.

Then, the secretary of the leading committee deputy minister of religious affairs and culture Daw Nu Mra Zan made clarifications regarding the implementation of holding the competition. Next, the attendees from sub-committees made power point presentations respectively. The attendee officials from the offices under the Ministry of Defense also coordinated the discussions. Afterwards, the Union Minister U Tin Oo Lwin gave a concluding speech.
