Work Coordination meeting: Union Minister delivered the opening speech

A Work Coordination meeting of the Central Committee on Supervising Ground Census Enumeration was held at the Ministry of Immigration and Population in Nay Pyi Taw on 18th September.

Chairman of the committee Union Minister U Myint Kyaing attended the meeting and delivered an opening speech stating  that the Central Committee has transferred the confirmed population list of the 18-years-olds and above for making the eligible voters list. Although the confirmed list has been transferred, there can be changes in population daily during the time period before the election. The meeting is aimed to discuss the implementation plans regarding the changes in population list.

Then, the committee members made clarifications respectively on the current work implementations and cooperation plans to complete the works on time before the election. The Union Minister coordinated the needs upon the reports and urged all to cooperate in implementing the fundamental works within the targeted time in order to hold the election successfully.
