Providing Assistance: Cash and kind provisions for the quake-hit communities

Sagaing Region Government provided assistance for the earthquake affected communities in Sagaing Township on Thursday.

Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw attended the event, and pledged to provide necessary assistance for economic, social, education and health issues as much as possible. During the event, over 1.3 billion kyat cash assistance were provided for over 27,000 people in Sagaing Township. In addition, rice were distributed to over 3,500 people from seven wards in Sagaing.
