Training Completion Ceremony: UCSB Chairman attended and delivered a speech

Chairman of the Union Civil Service Board, U Soe Min Oo attended the training completion ceremony for Advanced Officer Training Course No. 27 at the Civil Service Academy (Lower Myanmar) and delivered a speech on September 10.

In his speech, Chairman U Soe Min Oo urged the senior officer trainees to continuously study political, economic, social, and administrative processes. He stressed that they should strive to embody the qualities of a good leader and provide swift and accurate service in accordance with established laws, rules, regulations, and procedures. He also emphasized the need to stay free from party politics and to differentiate between political and state affairs, urging them to serve the nation as true civil servants for the country's development.

The course was attended by a total of 46 trainees (22 male and 24 female) from July 14, 2025, to September 10, 2025.

Additionally, on September 9, the UCSB Chairman met with officials, officers, and staff from Academy and gave a guidance speech. He said the Academy has a long-standing history of training civil servants, and therefore, its staff should be proud of their duties and carry them out with dedication. He encouraged the instructors to continuously study and strive to become qualified trainers. He emphasized the need to educate and train civil servants to be exemplary civil servants with good morals, discipline, and a love for the nation. He also reminded them that civil servants must remain free from party politics. Then, he inspected the Academy’s exhibition hall, observed training sessions, and reviewed military parade and small arms practical training.
