Re-assigning and Appointment: NDSC issued order of re-assigning and appointment

The Republic of the Union of Myanmar, National Defense and Security Council Office issued an Order No 35/2025 re-assigning and appointment on September 9, 2025.

In the Order, it’s stated that under subsection (b) of Section 427 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the National Defense and Security Council has reassigned and appointed the judges of the Supreme Court of the Union U Khin Maung Gyi, U Myo Maung, U Kyi Thein and Daw Khin Thin Wai and the Chief Justice of Mandalay Region High Court as the members of the Union Election Commission.

The order is signed by U Aung Lin Dwe, the Executive Chief of National Defense and Security Council Office.
