Training Completion Ceremony: Taninthayi Region CM delivered a speech

The closing ceremony for the Professional Youth Leadership Management training course was held at the Office of the Director of the Ministry of Ethnic Affairs in Dawei on September 9. The course was designed to teach ethnic youth how to manage their time and human resources effectively.

At the ceremony, Taninthayi Region Chief Minister U Myat Ko stated that the course was opened to help young civil servants and local ethnic youth improve their leadership skills in working in organization. He emphasized the importance of respecting and managing both personal and professional time, and effectively managing human resources as good leaders. He also urged the training completed young trainees to work together in the management sector to contribute to the comprehensive development of the nation from a corner.

Following his speech, the Chief Minister presented certificates of honor to the three course instructors and training completion certificates to the trainees.

A video clip created by the trainees was then shown, and a representative trainee expressed words of thanks.
