International Women’s Day exhibition opened in Ashgabat

An exhibition-competition dedicated to International Women’s Day was opened at the Exhibition Center of the Union of Artists in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. 

The purpose of the exposition is to glorify women, conveying their multifaceted image through art. The annual exhibition is an opportunity for women artists, sculptors and jewelers to present their best works, glorifying the traditions and culture of the Turkmen people, the beauty of Turkmen girls, women, mothers along with the arrival of long-awaited spring. The exhibition presented more than 290 paintings and miniatures by masters and it will last 10 days.
