Russian delegation arrives in Turkiye for talks with US

Russian and US officials held talks in Istanbul on resolving diplomatic issues as the two countries aim to restore ties. Talks aimed at resolving issues over the work of their respective embassies in Washington and Moscow. The meeting follows a phone call between presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump on Feb. 12 and a high-level diplomatic meeting in Saudi Arabia on Feb. 18.
