FRENCH MINISTER FOR ENERGY TRANSITION VISITS COUNTRY'S FIRST FLOATING WIND FARM

The French Minister for Energy Transition visited an "innovative" wind farm off the coast of Fos-sur-Mer, southern France.

France hopes to build more wind farms like this one along its Atlantic and southern coasts by 2050, in order to reduce its dependence on fossil fuels and increase its share of renewable energy.
