North Korean leader Kim Jong Un meets Russian defence minister Shoigu

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un met Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu in Vladivostok as part of his ongoing visit to Russia. The two visited the Knevichi airfield where modern aviation equipment of the Russian Air Forces was displayed.

No agreements have been signed during Kim's ongoing trip and "there was no plan to sign any," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday after Wednesday's talks between Putin and Kim. During the meeting, Putin accepted an invitation from Kim to visit his country.
