Indonesia’s President visits state-owned defense and weapon firm

Indonesian President Joko Widodo visited state-owned weapon system manufacturer PT. Pindad in East Java on Monday. President said production started to increase, after pindad received Rupiah 700 billion injection, from the government. The president said, bullets is currently on high demand in the world.

Adding that, every time he visits other countries, bullet availability has always been a topic of discussion among the state leaders. President added, the country’s defense industry currently is now in a very good condition and that Indonesia’s defence industry has good opportunities in the future.
