Heavy rains cause property damages in Kon Tum

Heavy rains during the past three days have caused damage Kon Tum province in Vietnam. Two houses completely collapsed. Dozens of hectares of ponds and lakes, farming land, and coffee and macadamia plantations were damaged and washed away.

Many irrigation works were destroyed. Fortunately, no casualties were recorded. Local authorities have installed warning signs and barricades at locations where landslides have occurred to inform people.
