North Korean state TV showed the country's latest intercontinental ballistic missile test launch. State media said the launch took place at Pyongyang’s International Airport in Sunan, a suburb of Pyongyang.
It said the missile was fired at a high angle and reached a maximum altitude of about 5,770 kilometers flying a distance of about 990 kilometers for 67 minutes before accurately hitting a pre-set area in the waters between the Korean Peninsula and Japan. The North said its latest test was meant to further bolster its “fatal” nuclear attack capacity against its rivals, as it threatened additional powerful steps.
