Study Tour in Russia: Nuclear technology, exchange program & museum tour

Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr Myo Thein Kyaw and delegation member visited Nuclear Technology Information Center in Saint Petersburg on 18th November.

Officials explained the educative tasks being implement by the center for the public. The Union Minister and party later observed the displays at the center by virtual reality digital technology, and benefits of nuclear technology without harming mankind and environment.

The Union Minister and party later visited Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, and discussed for student exchange and faculty exchange program for human resource development.

Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University has been established since over 120 years ago, and it turned out many scientists who won Nobel Prize as well as many experts in science, technology and engineering subjects. Myanmar delegation later visited Hermitage Museum and viewed the conservation of historical heritage and documentary records.
