Clarification on Voter List: SAC members & Union Minister took part in the discussion

A clarification on the matters relating to the complete and correct basic voters list in Kayin State was held at the state government office meeting room and the SAC members Mann Nyein Maung, Saw Danial, Union Ministers, state Chief Minister and ministers and officials attended.

First, the SAC member Mann Nyein Maung made a remark on the complete and correct basic voters list and cooperation of the relevant departments of the ministries.

Next, the Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Myint Kyaing explained the efforts making by the ministry for every citizen to hold a specified card, the process of the availability of complete and correct population list and voters list and the Chief Minister U Saw Myint Oo clarified the implementation for the complete and correct basic voters list.

Then, the Kayin State Government Secretary U Kyaw Soe, state minister for social affairs U Soe Lwin clarified the scrutinizing ground population list and status of completing works on ground and the Kayin State Sub Election Commission Electoral Official U Maung Maung Naing explained regarding with the voters list.Upon the clarification, the SAC members, Union Ministers, state Chief Minister and state cabinet members gave supplementary suggestions and the SAC member Mann Nyein Maung gave a speech of conclusion.
