Loans Plan: 10 Bil Kyats Of State Economic Promotion Fund For Rakhine

For the Agriculture and Livestock Breeding farmers, manufacturing sectors and SME businesses in Rakhine State, plans are underway to provide loans from the 10 billion kyats of the State Economic Promotion Fund. 

The loans will be arranged in accordance with the set 5 policies, according to Attorney General of Rakhine State.

Hla Thein, Advocate General, Rakhine State Government said “In order to use the 10 billion kyats provided by the State, we convened a meeting and has been discussing with concerned departments. We have not provided any loans yet as we are still verifying to ensure that the loans can be used to support the farmers who work in Agriculture and Livestock Breeding in rural areas and economic development of the country.”

The Rakhine State Government is working hard to provide the loans from the 10 billion kyats of the State Economic Promotion Fund in an orderly manner to improve the lives of farmers who work in Agriculture and Livestock Breeding sectors as a long term plan.
