Drug Seizure: Narcotics Seized In Mogok, Naung Cho And Thibaw

A combined team of anti-narcotic drug unit seized 0.22 kilos of heroin and 3,700 stimulant tablets while searching a Nissan AD Van driven by Ye Aung @ San Shay in Mogok on 8th August.

In the evening of that day, police confiscated 60,800 stimulant tablets while searching a motor cycle near Oriental Toll gate on Mandalay-Lashio Expressway in Naung Cho.

On the same day, 12,000 stimulant tablets were seized from a passenger on board of AD VAN near Thibaw bridge in Pan Sauk Mein  village. Actions are taken against the culprits under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.
