Training completion: Auditors’ capacity enhancement training No (37) completed

The completion ceremony of the auditors’ capacity enhancement training No (37) opened at the training center (Nay Pyi Taw) of UAG Office was held in the morning on August 9.

At the ceremony, the Union Auditor General Dr. Kan Zaw said that the training was opened for the head auditors who have to lead the audit team to have full competency in the inspection works.

The auditors need not only the understanding on the existing financial regulations, procedures, order, directives and international norms for the auditing to perform the inspections with full competency but also identifying and adaptability of the policies set by the state, the natures of the organizations and the technical changes. As a tool for the capacity enhancement, the inspection process is included in this training as a form of role play.  

The trainees need to sustainable learning with self-study to accumulate the knowledge regarding the subject, loyalty on the state and the endeavors to perform the tasks dutifully as the good civil service personnel.

The training in face to face given for 3 weeks were attended by 107 trainees from head-office, the offices of the regions and states auditor general and the union territory.

Also present at the training completion ceremony were the permanent secretary, director-general (inspection), deputy permanent secretary, deputy director generals, officials, training lecturers and the trainees who completed the training.
