ASEAN University Game: Wushu athletes won the gold, silver and bronze medals

20th ASEAN University Game 2022 was hosted by Ubon Ratchathani in Thailand, from 26th July to 6th August.

At grand final competition of Wushu, women’s Taijijiann and Nandao event, men Duel event amd women’ Duel event, University’s Wushu sport athletes won gold and silver medals again.

At the women’s Taijijiann event, Myat Noe Eain from Mandala University won the silver medal with 9.53 marks. And also, Aye Thit Sar Myint from Dagon University won the gold medal with 9.65 marks at the women’s Nang Taung event.

3 Wushu athletes from Myanmar Wushu Team competed with 4 types of sports in 6 events and won 2 gold, 2 silver and one bronze medals.

In the 20th ASEAN University Game 2022, the athletes from the Myanmar University Sports Federation participated in football, archery, wushu and sepak takraw events and won a total of 2 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals, it’s reported.
