












Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan on 30th July, attended the monsoon tree planting ceremony in Bamaw, and made a speech. Together with the state level officials, the Chief Minister distributed 350 sapplings to the officials, and planted trees at the designated places.
The Chief Minister later held a meeting with township level departmental personnel, and discussed for implementation of regional development works in line with the rules and regulations. In meeting with the education staff, the Cheif Minister urged to make cooperative efforts in academic teaching matters and nurture the students to become the future leaders.
The Chief Minister later met with the District and township level officials and ward and village administrative councils, and discussed the regional development works, COVID-19 vaccination and opening of the basic education schools. 1.5 million cash assistance were also provided for the staff.
In MoeMauk, the Chief Minister met with departmental personnel and ward and village administrators and discussed for regional development, education, health, agriculture and livestock sectors.
He also provided 1.5 million kyats cash assistance. In meeting with the educational staff, school principals and teachers, the Chief Minister coordinated the requirements and provided 1 million kyats. 5-distinction winner student at the 2022 matriculation exams was also awarded cash assistance.
The Chief Minister later visited the integrated breeding farm in AungMyay Village and inspected the breeding of poultry and fish. He also provided veterinary medicines and cash assistance.
The Chief Minister later met with the officials and students at the Baptist Bible Schook in SiInn Village, and coordinated requirements for grant permission for the land plot of the school, entrance road construction, and availability of electricity. The Chief Minister later met with the members of Bamaw District Mediation Council and discussed for community peace and rule of law, peaceful learning at the schools and vaccination process.
