Coordination meeting: Bago CM held meeting with departmental officials

The Region level departments’ coordination meeting was held at Tawwin Hantha meeting hall of Bago Region Government Office in the afternoon on 29th July with the attendance of Chief Minister U Myo Swe Win.

At the meeting, the chief minister said to supply sufficient irrigation water for the monsoon paddy and monsoon crops, cooperating of relevant departments to complete the data entry process of household list form (66/6) into the server program in time, addressing not to waste the state funding, collecting revenue in time, keeping the offices and premises clean, awareness on the security etc.

Next, the officials from the region level departments reported the status of normally implementing office tasks, construction works and public services. Afterward, the responsible officials of the region government discussed the matters on the balance of budget, status of collecting revenue and security matters and the chief minister supplemented necessaries and gave the guidelines, it’s reported.
