MED 5 Interior Ministers of Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Greece are meeting in Venice to discuss migration and the impact of the grain crisis on numbers crossing the Mediterranean.
The meeting aims to establish a coordination policy between the EU countries that are on the frontline for the entrance of migrants on European soil, for a new European migrant's policy balanced between responsibility and solidarity.
The MED 5 summit will conclude after the last morning meetings and the final statements of the five interior Ministers at Ca' Giustinian, the Venice Biennale headquarters in Venice.
