Cinemas Reopened: 48 cinemas reopened across the country

48 Cinemas across Myanmar reopened on 17th April, after closing for two years due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

In Yangon Region, 19 cinemas have reopened on Sunday. Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn visited Thamada Cinema in Yangon, and enjoyed the screening of movie “Wai Ma Nae Chin Buu”, together with officials.

The movie is being screened at the cinemas across the country simultaneously till 29th April.
