Smooth Transportation Process: Check-in times for the passengers of MNA set

The check-in times for the passengers who will take the domestic and international flights of state-owned Myanmar National Airlines (MNA) are set, an official of MNA said.
The official said the counters are opened for the domestic flights 2 hours before departure and closed half an hour before departing. For the international flights, the counters are opened three hours advance and closed 45 minutes before departure. The counter checks thoroughly the international flights passengers for the required documents of the relevant countries where they are going to.ART and PCR tests are conducted for the domestic and international passengers.
The Myanmar National Airlines is making arrangement to run commercial flights starting from 17th April. The quarantine measures will be undertaken in cooperation with the Department of Immigration and the Department of Health.
Currently, the relief flights are operating and after 17th April, commercial flights will be run. Measures are undertaken to operate the commercial flights to Bangkok and Singapore. Depending on the numbers of passengers, the flight times will be extended, the official added.
The international flights will be resumed from 17th April for the development of international tourism in Myanmar and to ensure smooth entry process for foreigners coming to Myanmar and Myanmar nationals.
