Rural Affairs: Meeting on cooperatives and development of rural areas

Union Minister for Cooperatives and Development of Rural Areas U Hla Moe held a meeting with concerned officials at Department of Development of Rural Areas in Lashio of Shan State.

In this meeting for development of rural areas, the Union Minister heard reports on completed projects in the fiscal year of 2021-2022 and projects planned in the fiscal year of 2022-2023.

In his response, regarding agriculture and livestock sectors, for farmers and growers, the Union Minister called for technical training, cooperative system, machinery provision, and vocational training.

He also called on the concerned officials to complete the projects including water and electricity access in a timely manner. Also, the Union Minister fulfilled requirements for projects.
