



State Administration Council Vice-Chairman Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win addresses the meeting with trainees of the Computer Diploma Sergeant/Clerk Course at the Tatmadaw (Army) Warrant Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer Training School in the Bahtoo Station on Monday.
Tatmadaw members are constantly striving to become themselves reliable for and loyal to the State and the Tatmadaw, said Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win in meeting. In his speech, the Vice-Senior General stressed the need to systematically study the advancement of computer science to build the standard army. They have to continuously study the development of technologies based on changes in time.
The country has overcome the various challenges within one year through the cooperation of loyal personnel, security personnel and people. Although some big countries accuse the Tatmadaw of genocides by putting pressure, threat, interference and disturbance, the Tatmadaw will successfully overcome all challenges with united strength. Unity is a basic need for enabling an independent and sovereign country to stand tall.
All Tatmadaw members must be healthy and fit to be able to face all difficulties. They have to follow the 60-military code of conduct for the proper lifestyle of disciplined living. Tatmadaw members are o be loyal to the State in serving their duties to respond to some big countries and terrorist organizations that attempt to pose political, economic, social, and media pressure against the Tatmadaw.
Then, the Vice-Senior General attended to the needs. The Vice-Senior General presented foodstuffs for trainees and instructor officers to the commandant. The Vice-Senior General inspected the breeding of dairy cows and the pig breed ing farm of the training school. The Vice-Senior General and party had lunch together with the trainees at the combined mess hall of the training school.
