Drug Seizure: 1.58 billion kyats worth stimulant tablets seized

1.58 billion kyats worth of stimulant tablets have been seized in Mingaladon Township of Yangon Region, according to Myanmar Police Force.

On 25th March, a combined team comprised with members of Anti-Narcotic Unit stopped and searched the vehicle in Pale (2) Ward, and seized 400,000 stimulant tablets.

Further investigation led to the seizure of 11.8 million stimulant tablets in Pale (1) Ward. 5 suspects have been taken action according to the law.
