Appointment and Duty Assignment: Chief Justices and Judges of Region/State High Courts

The State Administration Council has issued orders on the appointment and duty-assignment of the Chief Justices and Judges of Region/State High Courts on Wednesday.

Under Section 419 of the State Constitution, Daw Khin Swe Tun was appointed and assigned as the Chief Justices at Kayin State High Court, and Daw Sanda Thwe at Yangon Region High Court.

Likewise, U Nyunt Lin was appointed and assigned as the judge at Kayin State High Court, Daw Nu Nu Khin at Yangon Region High Court, and U Than Oo Lwin at Shan State High Court respectively.
