Educative Talks: Awareness Promoting for Physical and Mental Fitness

The Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs jointly organized an educative talk on youth affairs as a nationwide campaign.

In Nay Pyi Taw Council area, the event was held at No.1 Basic Education High School in Zeyathiri Township and No.6 Basic Education High School in Zabuthiri Township on Saturday.

Assistant Director, Dekkhina District IPRD Office, Nan May Su Aung said "It is for the youths to be excelled in physical strength, intelligence, morale ethics, good communication and well-beings as well as the national spirit. We really appreciate for the enthusiasm of the children."

Education Officer, Dekkhina District Education Office, Win Win Aye said "It is important for children to be equipped with the good morale and well disciplined. We have to nurture them since their young age."

The official from the Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs also explained the assistance being provided by the ministry of development of sports sector.

Head, Dekkhina District Sports and Youth Affairs Office, Wai Min Hein said "We want the young children that our department is providing assistance for those interested in doing sports. We conduct summer sports training at respective townships. It is free of charge, and will continue sports activities in the schools."

The educative talks have been held all across the country for the young students to be equipped with physical and mental fitness.
