New Bridge For Transport: SAC Members Open New Kyun Kone Bridge

Ministry of Construction opened the new Kyun Kone Bridge linking Kyun Kone Village of Wakema Township and Eainme Township of Ayeyawaddy Region on Sunday to mark the 77th Armed Forces Day.

Members of the State Administration Council [SAC] Daw Aye Nu Sein and U Moung Har as well as Union Minister U Shwe Lay, Ayeyawaddy Region Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win and many other officials attended the Bridge opening ceremony, gave speeches and ceremonially opened the Bridge.

This new Kyun Kone Bridge is 240 meters long and 7.32 meters wide. Construction of the Bridge began on the 1st of October 2018.
