Multilateral Naval Exercise : Myanmar Navy Delegation Attended Milan 2022

Myanmar Navy delegation led by Commodore Kyaw Kyaw Htoo arrived back in Yangon on Tuesday, after attending MILAN 2022 in India.

The Multilateral Naval Exercise (MILAN-2022) was held in Visakhapatnam, India from 25 February to 4 March, with the participation of warships from over 40 countries including SinPhyuShin Warship from Myanmar. During their stay in India, Myanmar Navy delegation participated in the International Maritime Seminar along with 39 other countries. They also took part in the Subject Matter Expert Exchange Program, Harbour Based Exercises and International City Parade.

The delegation also performed cultural activities at International Cultural Show in MILAN Village, served with traditional foods, and displayed the traditional souvenirs. The delegation also visited Bodh Gaya and Taj Mahal. They also joined the Exercises at Sea together with the international warships.
