Conveyance of Union Flag: To Celebrate 75th Anniversary Of Union Day

Conveyance of the Union Flag, which has been staying at the Yangon City Hall since 2016, began on the 8th of February from Yangon to Nay Pyi Taw to mark the Union Day.

Preparations are underway across the country to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Union Day which will fall on the 12th of February 2022.

In Nay Pyi Taw Council Area, the preparations include erection of signboards, erection of flagpoles with the national flag and flags with the Region/state symbols along Yaza Thin Ga Ha Road for the conveyance of the Union Flag from Yangon, light bulbs decorations and ethnic images.

Also, in Yangon, Mandalay and many other areas, preparations are underway for the 75th Anniversary Celebration of Union Day.
