


A coordination meeting was held on Thursday afternoon at the Ministry of Information to hold the Youth and Literature Festival.
Chairman of the Leading Committee for Organizing Youth and Literature Festival Union Minister for Information U Maung Maung Ohn called for cooperation and efforts to make the festival a success. Joint Secretary of the Leading Committee also explained preparations and plans. Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Myo Thein Kyaw explained the aim of their Ministry’s exhibition.
Also, Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan said that their Ministry’s exhibition would show training and preparations of the national-level athletes for the SEA Games. Ministry of Information will hold the Youth and Literature Festival to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee Union Day and the anniversary of the State Administration Council.
The festival will be held daily from 29 to 31 January from 9:30 am to 5 pm at Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw under the COVID-19 rules. The festival will feature aeronautical demonstrations, displays of historical treaties, records, sports activities gallery, cartoon and photo gallery, exhibitions of the ministries, traffic control showroom by the Myanmar Police Force, puzzles, colouring, house building, group competitions and entertainments.
