Women’s Football: 2022 Region/State U-25 Women Football Competition

The 2022 Region/State U-25 Women Football Competition continued on Wednesday at Wunna Theikdi Football Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw and was attended by Union Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs U Min Thein Zan and many other officials.

For Group Stage, Rakhine State Team beat Sagaing Region Team 3-Nil at Pitch No. 1 of Wunna Theikdi Football Stadium, and at Pitch No. 3, Yangon Region Team beat Tanintharyi Region 1-Nil. Women of the Match prizes were awarded to two players from Rakhine State Team and Yangon Region Team. The 2022 Region/State U-25 Women Football Competition began on January 7 and is set to take place till January 21.
