Pan Khin Project: Certificates of Honour Presentation & Issuance Of NRCs

Union Minister for Immigration and Population U Khin Yi on Sunday afternoon presented certificates of honour to Kachin State’s townships which successfully implemented the Pan Khin Project issuing National Registration cards (NRCs) and household lists.

In his address at this ceremony in Myitkyina, the Union Minister stressed the rights of National Registration Card holders and called for cooperation between the government employees and the public after expressing words of thanks to those who successfully implemented the Pan Khin Project.

Also, Union Minister U Saw Tun Aung Myint called for efforts for stability and peace processes in the State. Kachin State Chief Minister U Khet Htein Nan also explained the Pan Khin Project. This ceremony continued with presenting the certificates of honour to 13 townships of Kachin State which successfully implemented the Pan Khin Project along with issuance of National Registration cards.

The officials also observed the National Registration card and household list making processes under the Pan Khin Project at Bala Min Htin Hall of Myitkyina Station.
