Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing attended the opening of Mini Gems Emporium 2021 at Mani Yadana Jade Hall in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday.
Also present at the opening ceremony were State Administration Council members, Union ministers, chairman of Nay Pyi Taw Council, governor of the Central Bank of Myanmar, commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, officials of Myanmar Gems Entrepreneurs Association and guests.
There, the Senior General viewed the documentary video clip on preparations to hold the Mini Gems Emporium. The Senior General and party also viewed around the lots of pearl and jade displayed at the emporium. A total of 330 lots of pearl and 780 lots of jade have been showcased at the Mini Gems Emporium.
The lots of pearls are set to be sold through an open tender on the 18th and 19th of December and the lots of jade from the 20th to 22nd of December. The Mini Gems Emporium is being held in accord with the COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
