Efforts For Oxygen Supply: Chief Minister Attends Oxygen Plant Opening Ceremony

The Government, organizations and associations have been making efforts for oxygen supply amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

In Ayeyawaddy Region, an oxygen plant was opened and, the Regional Chief Minister U Tin Maung Win attended the opening ceremony Danuphyu Township area of Maubin District. After the opening ceremony, the Chief Minister viewed around the oxygen plant which can produce about 300 40-litre oxygen tanks a day.

For the fight against COVID-19, Myanmar also imports medical supplies including liquid oxygen, oxygen gas, empty oxygen tanks, oxygen plants, oxygen generators, oxygen concentrators, PPE suits, gloves and masks by land and sea.
