Water Supply: Rural Project Underway In Nyaung-U Township Area

Rural water supply project is underway in Nyaung-U Township area of Mandalay Region.

The Township Rural Development Department has been implementing this project in 3 villages for water access. Under the fund of 69.3 million Kyats, the project which started on November 14 has now been 20 percent completed.

Upon completion, the project will be able to benefit both people and farms. Nyaung-U Township’s Rural Development Department has been planning to accelerate the water distribution programme in the Township too.
