COVID-19 Update: 212 New Cases reported at 8 p.m. on June 4

Ministry of Health and Sports reported 212 new COVID-19 cases at 8 p.m. on Friday after testing 1,778 lab specimens within 24 hours with 7 COVID-19 positive patients have been discharged from hospitals on the 4th of June.

COVID-19 confirmed cases in Myanmar have reached 144,157 with 132,415 COVID-19 patients discharged from the hospital until 8 p.m. on the 4th of June.

The World’s worst-hit countries are the United States of America with over 32.97 million confirmed cases followed by India, Brazil, France, Turkey, the Russian Federation, The United Kingdom, Italy, Argentina and Germany according to the World Health Organization.

Globally, as of 5:46 p.m. CEST on 4th of June 2021, there have been over 171.78 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, including over 3.69 million deaths, reported to WHO.
