Inspection Tour: SAC Chairman Inspected Development Works In Kayin State

The Chairman of State Administration Council, Commander In Chief of Defense Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing met with the members of Kayin State Administration Council and departmental officials at the state administration council office in Hpa-An and gave a remark on Monday morning.

First, the Chairman of State Administration Council, Commander In Chief of Defense Services and members were welcome by the chairman of Kayin State administration council and members. Then, the chairman of Kayin State administration council U Saw Myint Oo clarified the status of implementation for the social, economic and health developments in the state, conditions of COVID-19 vaccination, border trade and general matters.

Regarding with the reported matters, the chairman of state administration council instructed necessaries in the extension of roads, considering attached motor cycle lane, well drainage system and growing shady trees beside the road. The SAC chairman added that the protesting will occur in the democratic system.

The legal action was taken against only those who incited with fake news and pushed to dangerous situations. Regarding with PanKhin Project, during the 2020 general election, over 230,000 voters without citizen scrutiny card cast the ballots in Kayin State. So, it’s implemented to issue citizen scrutiny card to all citizens within timeframe.

The tasks are being carried out by setting the five future programs and the efforts are being put to hold the free and fair election. Then, the SAC chairman pointed out the status of country’s sports sector, requirements to implement sports ground, stadiums and swimming pools kept standards in regions and states and uplifting of sports status of the country, food security, for the improvement of people’s health, livestock breeding, GDP growth and development of socio-economic life of the people, development of electricity distribution, opening of schools etc.

Next, the Chairman of State Administration Council, Commander In Chief of Defense Services together with wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla and SAC members paid homage to the presiding Sayadaw of Zwekapin monastery Baddanta Kawidaza and other prominent Sayadaws in Hpa-An Township, reported religious matters and offered cash donations and rice and edible oil contributed by the Tatmataw (army, navy, air force) families.

Afterward, the SAC chairman and members inspected the construction works of upgrading Zwekapin advanced sports ground into state level gave necessary instructions to the responsible officials. Then, football match of state administration council chairman cup was cheered and instructed the extension of the football playground.
