Zelenskyy says negotiations 'difficult'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said on Wednesday that World War III "may have already started". He's worried about concerns from the Biden administration that certain actions could trigger conflict between nuclear-armed powers that could lead to World War III."Zelenskyy went before the US Congress via video and invoked Pearl Harbor and 9/11, pleading with the US for more weapons and tougher sanctions against Russia.

President Joe Biden later announced the US is sending an additional 800 million US dollars in military aid to Ukraine, including more anti-aircraft and anti-tank weapons and drones.
