Yangon Heritage Night Run 2026: Over 4,300 participants join the night running event

Yangon Region Government organized the Yangon Heritage Night Run 2026 on Saturday, in cooperation with Myanmar Tourism Federation. The night running event aimed at promoting Yangon’s historic sites and boosting domestic and international tourism. The event included 5 km and 15 km races, with over 4,300 local and international participants.

Union Minister for Hotels, Tourism and Culture U Maung Myint, together with officials, tourism authorities, and hotel representatives, participated and cheered the runners. The run also emphasized showcasing Yangon’s cultural heritage and connecting tourism with sports and community activities.
