World Esport Championship : Yangon Galacticos secure WEC 2026 MLBB Grand Final Spot

Myanmar’s Yangon Galacticos (YG) secured a place in the grand final of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) tournament at WEC 2026 after defeating Falcons PH 3-1 in the semifinal.

YG made a strong start to the series, winning the opening two games with confident performances and taking a 2-0 lead. Facing elimination, Falcons PH responded strongly in the third and fourth games, keeping their hopes alive.

However, Yangon Galacticos remained composed in the fourth game and delivered a decisive performance to close out the series 3-2. With the victory, YG advanced to the WEC 2026 MLBB grand final, scheduled on August 1 in France. The win marks another milestone for Yangon Galacticos and Myanmar Esports as the team moves one step closer to claiming the championship title.
