








The state education head officer’s office (branch) of Shan State (East) held a workshop for the higher rate of passing matriculation examination in 2022-2023 academic at Basic Education High School (2), Kengtung Township in the morning on 30th July.
At the workshop, The Shan State Chief Minister Dr. Kyaw Tun said that in the effort for the higher rate of passing matriculation examination to be held in March in 2023 like the previous year, the teaching of the teachers, working hard of the students and the cooperation of the parents play the vital role.
The senior teachers who will take leading role in the workshop and the principals and teachers who will take part in the discussions are urged to put the collective effort for the higher rate of passing matriculation examination of Shan State (East).
Next, the chief minister Dr. Kyaw Tun provided one million Kyats of cash assistance for the workshop and the principal Daw Khin Nyo Nyo accepted and the chief minister, commander of Triangle command and state ministers cordially greeted the teachers.
Afterwards, the chief minister, commander and state ministers visited Shan State (East) Office of the Information and Public Relations Department and conducted a discussion regarding with the matters to be implemented by the Community Centre.
Next, the head officers of Shan State Information and Public Relations Department U Soe Nyut Shwe clarified the purposes of constructing community centre, implementation of the objectives of the Ministry of Information including to inform, to entertain and educate, facilities to be included in the construction of community centre such as room for the traditional cultural items regarding with the national races, public library, children’s reading room, meeting hall, multipurpose hall, training hall, health exercising hall and computer lab.
Then, the deputy director U Aye Maung explained the ground condition for the construction of community centre and the managing director of Myanma Kyal Sin Lin Company U Ayeyar Lin simplified the works to be done for the construction of community centre. The chief minister supplemented necessaries, gave a speech of conclusion and viewed around the library.
Then, the chief minister, commander and state ministers inspected the construction of platform at Naung Ton Lake circular road and the construction of a replica palace of Kengtung Haw Nan and gave necessary instructions, it’s reported.
