Work Undertakings: Religious donations and development projects

Rakhine State Chief Minister U Htein Lin, along with officials, paid a visit to the Mrauk-U Sayadaw and donated rice and relief items for the Sayadaw’s religious mission.

The donations will be distributed to 5,000 displaced and needy households in Sittwe. The Chief Minister later attended a coordination meeting on 2025–2026 development projects, focusing on urban cleanliness, infrastructure, roads, drainage, markets, and tax collection.

He also inspected the arrival of rice, basic food items, consumer goods, and construction materials at Sittwe Port. The shipments included over 3,500 tons of rice and food supplies and 3,300 tons of construction materials.

In addition, the Chief Minister viewed the installation of solar power systems at Sittwe University, Government Technical High School, and Computer University (Sittwe), and encouraged students.
