Work Implementations: MEVM training and providing agricultural inputs

The opening ceremony of Myanmar Electronic Voting Machine (MEVM) Instructor Course was held at Sagaing Region Government Office on 19th September.

Chief Minister U Myat Kyaw and concerned officials attended the ceremony via hybrid system. In his speech, the Chief Minister encouraged the trainees to concentrate on the courses and become an professional instructors. He called for the concerted efforts of the relevant individuals to successfully hold the upcoming election.

Then, member of Union Election Commission U Myint Thein made clarification on the course that will be provided during the training. The MEVM Instructor course will be conducted from 19th to 20th September with the attendance of 105 trainees. Subsequently, the Chief Minister and officials attended the Urea Fertilizer and Fuel for Agricultural Machine Provision Ceremony held at region agriculture department.

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister urged on efficient utilization of farmlands, accelerating multi-cropping and oil crop plantations to substitute oil imports, heard reports on current work implementation of the respective committee to increase 2025-2026 monsoon oil crop plantations and coordinated necessities. He then provided Urea fertilizer and fuel for 500 local farmers from 16 villages within Monywa Township.
