Work coordination meeting: Central Boday for Summoning Public Military Servants

The work coordination meeting of the Central Boday for Summoning Public Military Servants was held at the meeting hall of the Ministry of Defense in the afternoon on 4th March and the Chairman of Central Body member of State Administration Council Union Minister for Defense Admiral Tin Aung San delivered a remark.

In his remark, the Chairman of Central Boday for Summoning Public Military Servants Admiral Tin Aung San said that 5 points of decisions out of 10 have been carried out. The measures regarding with the drafting of Public Military Service By-Law and Standard Operating Procedure – SOP will be discussed in this meeting.

The work committee for drafting of Public Military Service By-Law and Standard Operating Procedure – SOP has been formed with 15 members.

The work committee held two times of meeting on drating by-law and third draft of by-law has been drawn and the Standard Operating Producer – SOP has also been draft in cooperation with the Ministry of Legal Affairs.

All attendees are urged to discuss regarding with drafting Standard Operating Procedure – SOP and By-Law (3rd draft) on public military service.

Next, the Vice Chairman of Central Boday for Summoning Public Military Servants Chief of General Staff (Army, Navy, Air) General Maung Maung Aye discussed the work responsibilities of work committees formed as per the relevant sector for the public military service to be systematic, to implement accurately within the scheduled time. 

Then, the Director General of the Ministry of Legal Affairs regarding with the drafting Standard Operating Procedure – SOP of public military service, Judge Advocate General regarding with the public military service by-law (third draft) clarified and the attendees gave the suggestions collectively and the Chairman of Cental Body coordinated requirements. After that, the Cental Body Chairman gave a speech of conclusion.
