Vietnamese President meets CPC official

Vietnamese President Vo Van Thuong met with Cai Qi, member of the Committee's Secretariat and Chief of the Communist Party Committee's Office, in Beijing on 19th October.
Vietnamese President said that Viet Nam and China are close neighbors and share similar political regimes, development paths, and the goal of building socialism.
They consider this partnership a strategic choice and top priority in Viet Nam's foreign policy of independence, self-reliance, and the multilateralization and diversification of external relations. Mr. Cai Qi also stated that Viet Nam and China are important neighbors and have broad common interests.
And China always prioritizes Viet Nam in its neighborhood foreign policy and is ready to join Viet Nam in increasing strategic opinion exchange and promoting the continuous development of sustainable and long-term relations between the two countries.
