Viet Nam’s Imperial Culinary Festival 2026 kicks off in Hue

In Viet Nam, the 2026 Imperial Culinary Festival officially kicked off at Thuong Bac Park, Hue City. The headline theme for this multi-day event is Hue beef noodle soup Day, celebrating the region's 400-year noodle heritage. Running from July 23 to 26, the event gathers over 80 food stalls, master chefs, and traditional artisans from all over the country.

It also includes art performances and historical stage productions detailing the dish's 400-year history.
